What You'll Do



As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the communication hub between customers, technicians, and management.



Customer Service Excellence




  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding equipment service and repairs.

  • Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and problem resolution.

  • Provide updates on repair status, timelines, and unexpected findings.



Service Operations




  • Accurately document customer concerns and repair requests.

  • Open, maintain, and close repair orders in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Collect purchase orders, warranty information, and customer payment details.

  • Ensure all service documentation is complete and properly processed.



Shop Coordination




  • Work closely with the Service Manager and technicians to prioritize workflow.

  • Coordinate shop schedules and monitor repair progress.

  • Ensure repairs are completed on time and according to customer expectations.

  • Communicate delays and recommend additional repair needs when identified.



Administrative & Technical Support




  • Manage a high volume of customer calls and service inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate records and customer information.

  • Utilize dealership software systems and Microsoft Office applications effectively.

  • Support operational efficiency through attention to detail and process compliance.
