Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and professional individual to join our team in a client-facing service role. In this position, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping to ensure a smooth, positive, and efficient service experience from initial inquiry through completion of service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide a high level of service throughout the visit.
  • Listen to customer concerns, ask clarifying questions, and accurately document service needs.
  • Communicate service recommendations, timelines, and updates in a clear and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare repair orders, estimates, invoices, and related documentation as needed.
  • Keep customers informed of progress, changes, and completion details.
  • Support scheduling, follow-up communication, and service-related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception or service area.
  • Address customer questions and concerns with courtesy, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Help ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service, front desk, service coordination, or related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and customer information.
  • Comfortable using computer systems, scheduling tools, and basic office software.
