Service Advisor Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in a friendly manner

• Obtain customer and vehicle information accurately

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

• Clearly document vehicle concerns and symptoms as described by the customer

• Establish and communicate follow-up timelines with customers

• Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide regular updates

• Review and explain completed repairs, maintenance recommendations, and charges with customers

• Work closely with technicians and service staff to ensure an outstanding customer experience

Job Details

Pay: $60,000 – $120,000 per year (performance-based earning potential)


Work Location: In Person
