Our busy Chevrolet dealership is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and being part of a high-performing service department — we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
Greet guests promptly and professionally in the service drive
Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
Clearly explain recommended services and repairs
Provide accurate estimates and timelines
Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Keep guests updated throughout the repair process
Deliver a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience
Maintain strong CSI and retention levels
You are the bridge between our guests and our technicians — and one of the most important roles in the dealership.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred (Chevrolet or GM experience is a plus!)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance
Computer proficiency
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
