What You'll Do

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.

  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs.

  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations.

  • Prepare estimates and explain repairs in a clear, customer-friendly manner.

  • Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of work.

  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.

  • Coordinate vehicle pick-up and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate repair orders and service records.

  • Build long-term relationships that create loyal customers and repeat business.
