Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive for service appointments
- Listen to customers’ vehicle concerns and accurately document issues
- Provide estimates and explain recommended services and repairs clearly
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs
- Update customers on the status of their vehicle service throughout the process
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used
- Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and questions promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or related role in an automotive service environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus
- Proficiency with computer systems and service management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a bonus
