With a competitive compensation range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, paid weekly, this position is perfect for individuals who excel at communication and customer service within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, greeting them warmly and understanding their vehicle service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance, coordinating effectively with technicians to ensure quality and timely service.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the service process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Manage service orders, parts requests, and follow-up appointments to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and parts departments to facilitate a comprehensive customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.
