What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs
• Create accurate repair orders and service estimates
• Communicate updates and recommendations clearly
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department
• Ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Valid Ohio driver’s license required
