Helfman Automotive Group is seeking motivated and customer-focused Service Advisors to join our growing team!

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping customers maintain their vehicles safely and efficiently.


Working in our state-of-the-art service facilities, you will play an active role in the service drive by assisting customers, communicating repair recommendations, coordinating repairs, and ensuring an outstanding overall experience.


Responsibilities

  • Schedule, confirm, and prepare customer appointments
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
  • Perform vehicle walk-arounds and identify customer concerns
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services using a consultative approach
  • Prepare repair orders with accurate estimates and timelines
  • Maintain communication with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely repairs
  • Provide regular status updates to customers throughout the repair process
  • Follow up after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives and customer satisfaction goals
  • Build strong product and service knowledge to better assist customers
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that promotes long-term loyalty

Requirements

  •  High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using technology and dealership software systems
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
