Service Advisor – Arlington Nissan

Arlington Nissan is growing, and we are looking for a strong Service Advisor to join our service team.

We need a professional, motivated, customer-focused advisor who understands that the service drive is one of the most important parts of the dealership. The right person can build trust with customers, communicate clearly, sell needed maintenance and repairs, and help create a smooth experience from write-up to delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone with dealership service advisor experience or a strong automotive/customer service background who is ready to grow.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Service Advisor who is organized, energetic, and accountable. You must be able to handle a fast-paced service lane, communicate with technicians, follow up with customers, and present recommendations professionally.

The right candidate understands that great service is built on communication, urgency, trust, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive.
  • Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns clearly.
  • Present maintenance and repair recommendations with confidence and transparency.
  • Communicate with technicians, parts, and management to keep work moving.
  • Provide customers with updates throughout the repair process.
  • Review multi-point inspections and help customers make informed decisions.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Follow up on declined services, open repair orders, and future maintenance needs.
  • Help maintain strong CSI/customer satisfaction.
  • Support service department sales, retention, and profitability goals.

Qualifications

  • Service Advisor experience preferred.
  • Dealership experience is a plus.
  • Nissan experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to sell needed maintenance and repairs professionally.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy service department.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Must be dependable, organized, and process-driven.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
