Service Advisor

Location: SouthWest Nissan – Weatherford, TX

SouthWest Nissan, a proud member of the Gilchrist Automotive Group, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our professional service team. The Service Advisor plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by serving as the primary liaison between customers and the service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Accurately identify and document customer service needs and concerns.

• Clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repair services, pricing, and estimated completion times.

• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs.

• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles.

• Review completed service work with customers and ensure satisfaction prior to delivery.

• Maintain accurate records in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in a customer-friendly manner.

• Proficiency with dealership service management systems.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
