Do you have a passion for motorcycles and enjoy helping people? Black Sheep Harley-Davidson is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service Department.
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional ownership experience while helping riders keep their Harley-Davidson motorcycles on the road.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers and understand their service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and write repair orders.
- Communicate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Recommend maintenance, parts, accessories, and performance upgrades.
- Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in to pick-up.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Sales or service advisor experience is a plus.
- Harley-Davidson or motorcycle knowledge preferred (but we're willing to train the right person).
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset.
