Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for service customers
- Greet customers and accurately document service concerns
- Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders
- Communicate estimates, recommended repairs, and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide status updates and ensure timely completion of repairs
- Review and close repair orders, including processing payments
- Promote maintenance services and upsell additional repairs when appropriate
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Other duties as assigned by management.
