Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
  • Establish follow-up time
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Requirements:

  • Two years + experience as a Service Advisor.
  • Possesses strong customer relations skills. Proficient at identifying and relating to the customer inquiry.
  • Personal values to align with company values of Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Respect, and Excellence
  • A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.
  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.
