Responsibilities

  • Perform “walk-a-round” with client at the time of arrival for service
  • Determine guest’s primary concern and review additional maintenance
  • Provide in depth information about parts and service options
  • Produce repair orders for guests including cost and time estimates with full transparency
  • Offer transportation options at the time of service
  • Follow up the guest on the status of their vehicle throughout the service visit
  • Maintain high customer service and satisfaction to dealership standards as measure by surveys from different sources.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all services provided
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
