Responsibilities
- Perform “walk-a-round” with client at the time of arrival for service
- Determine guest’s primary concern and review additional maintenance
- Provide in depth information about parts and service options
- Produce repair orders for guests including cost and time estimates with full transparency
- Offer transportation options at the time of service
- Follow up the guest on the status of their vehicle throughout the service visit
- Maintain high customer service and satisfaction to dealership standards as measure by surveys from different sources.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all services provided
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
