Location: Pugmire Lincoln of Marietta

Part-Time Shifts Available:

  • Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Monday–Friday.

Pugmire Lincoln of Marietta is seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time BDC Service Representatives to join our Service Business Development Center. This role offers valuable experience in customer service, communication, scheduling, and dealership operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and online service inquiries
  • Schedule customer service appointments
  • Conduct outbound calls for recalls, maintenance reminders, and follow-ups
  • Present Pickup & Delivery and Mobile Service options when available
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and dealership staff
  • Maintain accurate customer records and appointment notes
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

  • Current college students encouraged to apply
  • Customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience preferred
  • Professional communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and dependable attendance
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
