The Service Coordinator provides customer support by answering their inquiries, scheduling technicians for service appointments, taking stock of parts inventory, and coordinating with purchasing to ensure parts are ordered promptly for the scheduled repair work. The hours for this position are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.  

You will: 

  • Provide excellent service and communication throughout the entire service process.
  • Answer emails and calls promptly
  • Schedule service appointments and route accordingly
  • Complete service orders/estimates
  • Invoice customers for completed services 

You have: 

  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and organization skills
