Position Summary
The Service Drive Assistant is the first point of contact for our service customers. This role supports the service advisors, keeps the drive running efficiently, and ensures every customer receives a friendly and professional experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately upon arrival with a positive, professional attitude
- Direct customers to service advisors and assist with check-in process
- Move, park, and stage customer vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain smooth traffic flow in the service drive
- Keep the service lane clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist advisors with daily tasks and customer needs
- Help coordinate shuttle or customer transportation (if applicable)
- Perform basic inspections or note-taking as directed
- Uphold Ford and Triple Crown Ford customer service standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
