Are you ready to make a lasting first impression? Ray Catena BMW and MINI of Westchester is looking for an energetic and welcoming Greeter to be the face of our dealership! As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all who visit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome customers with a friendly smile and gather essential information during their visit.

  • Be the go-to person for answering questions and providing initial assistance.

  • Coordinate front-desk operations, distribute loaner cars, and provide shuttles as needed.

  • Be the first and last impression of our dealership—your role matters!

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, customer-focused personality with a passion for providing exceptional service.

  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and handle emergencies smoothly.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and Saturdays. Overtime may be available.

  • Strong organizational skills to help keep things running smoothly during busy hours.

Job Requirements:

  • Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented.

  • Capable of standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods.

  • Able to maintain a professional appearance at all times.

  • Bilingual? A plus!

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
