GENERAL JOB STATEMENT

The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing finishing, wean to finish and nursery swine production for specific flows in company managed swine units and contract wean to finish and finishing swine units. The individual will ensure that the site manager will comply with all company policies and procedures regarding animal care. The individual will also oversee the health status of pigs in the wean to finish facilities and establish and maintain wean to finish and finishing production targets and goals. Candidate must be bilingual. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school education in swine production; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and training.
