What the ideal candidate will do:
- Manage daily service and parts operations.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely support.
- Supervise technicians and parts staff.
- Review work orders, reports, and expenses.
- Train team and improve service processes.
- Build customer relationships and drive service growth.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Person.
- Associate’s degree in engineering or related technical field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in service, manufacturing, or technical environments (automotive preferred); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment or machinery.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of service operations (work orders, scheduling, parts coordination).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally.
