Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, enforcing best
practices in development, configuration, and integrations.
• Define and execute the ServiceNow development strategy aligned with
organizational goals.
• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications, workflows, service
catalogs, and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD,
SecOps, and custom applications.
• Drive platform governance including coding standards, security controls,
and design frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and
translate them into scalable solutions.
• Lead complex integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, LDAP, and MID Server.
• Implement automation and advanced workflows leveraging ServiceNow
best practices and emerging capabilities (AI/ML).
• Ensure alignment with ITIL processes, compliance standards, and enterprise
security policies.
• Support platform operations including upgrades, patching, performance
optimization, and stability.
• Partner with Transformation and Operations teams for continuous service
improvement and platform lifecycle management.
ServiceNow Development Lead
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise
• Strong experience in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, HTML, CSS
• Deep knowledge of at least two ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, IRM, or
SecOps
• Good understanding of CMDB, ITOM, CSM, and custom application
development
• Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture design and enterprise
integrations
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum
methodologies

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• 9+ years of ServiceNow experience, with significant hands-on expertise in
ServiceNow development and team leadership
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations
