Shift Lead-Sales (Full-Time)

Baking life sweeter since 1955, Bethel Bakery is an iconic, family-owned and operated retail bakery.  We take pride in creating exceptional products and customer service experiences that bring a special joy to life. We’re currently looking for a friendly and dependable Shift Lead who enjoys helping others, leading by example, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

Welcome every customer with a smile and exceptional service

Lead and support Sales Associates during your shift

Keep bakery displays clean, organized, and fully stocked

Accurately handle cash and credit transactions using our POS system

Complete opening/closing tasks, including brewing coffee, tagging items, and securing the store

What We’re Looking For

1 year of retail or customer service experience (leadership experience is a plus!)

Strong communication, basic math, and multitasking skills

The ability to lift 30 pounds and stay active throughout the shift

Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail

A team-first mindset and pride in doing great work

Schedule

Full-Time

5 days; 40 hours/week

Rotating 8-hour shifts (opening and closing)

Monday–Saturday schedule with one weekday off

No late nights; we close at 6:00 p.m.

Closed Sundays and major holidays

Must be available to work during our busy holiday seasons
