Work Availability:
- Must be available to work closing shifts during the week and opening and/or closing shifts on weekends.
- Must have the flexibility to work throughout the holiday season, including the weeks leading up to major holidays such as Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Bakery hours are Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM–5:00 PM.
- Leads by example and works alongside team members in all areas of bakery operations.
- Demonstrates exceptional guest service and communication skills.
- Can delegate tasks, provide direction, and hold team members accountable to standards.
- Maintains a positive attitude and helps create a supportive team environment.
- Is organized, dependable, and able to balance multiple priorities.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Maintains a high level of attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

- Must be at least 18 years of age due to equipment operation requirements.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, restaurant, food service, hospitality, or a similar guest-facing environment, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
- Ability to responsibly handle cash management procedures, cash drawer reconciliation, alarm systems, and opening/closing responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success providing exceptional guest service and helping train, coach, or develop team members.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical tasks associated with bakery operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Compensation: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Collaborative, team-oriented environment where leaders actively work alongside team members to support bakery operations, production, and guest service.
