Position Summary

The Manager is responsible for leading restaurant operations during assigned shifts while achieving sales, labor, food cost, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction targets.

This is a hands-on leadership role.


Ideal Candidate

  • Have prior QSR leadership experience

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead shifts and ensure operational execution 

  • Coach and train crew members 

  • Conduct onboarding and performance conversations 

  • Maintain positive team culture 

Operations Excellence

  • Execute Burger King operating standards 

  • Maintain food safety compliance 

  • Ensure speed of service and guest satisfaction 

  • Conduct line checks and restaurant walks 

Financial Management

  • Manage labor targets 

  • Control food and paper costs 

  • Reduce waste 

  • Support sales growth initiatives 

Staffing & Scheduling

  • Build schedules based on forecasted demand 

  • Monitor attendance and labor efficiency 

  • Support hiring and retention 

Administrative

  • Inventory counts 

  • Cash controls and deposits 

  • Daily reporting 

  • Invoice receiving and operational follow-up 




Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years QSR management experience (Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, KFC, Taco Bell preferred) 

  • High school diploma required 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Experience managing teams of 15–30 employees 

  • Open availability preferred 


Preferred Experience

  • Drive-thru operations 

  • Food safety certification 

  • Restaurant scheduling systems 

  • POS systems and labor management tools 


Performance Metrics

Managers are measured on:

  • Sales growth 

  • Labor % 

  • Food cost % 

  • Guest satisfaction
