Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to provide attentive, courteous, and exceptional customer service
• Manage shift operations including speed of service, order accuracy, and team member breaks
• Create daily setup sheets and assign duties to ensure smooth and efficient shifts
• Coach team members to meet Chick-fil-A’s high standards of hospitality and operational excellence
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment and enforce grooming and uniform policies
• Conduct shift huddles to communicate goals and drive continuous improvement
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure positive experiences

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous leadership experience, preferably in food service or hospitality
• Strong work ethic, honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service skills
• Driven, results-oriented, and confident in taking purposeful action
• Ability to work a 3-day schedule with availability for opening or closing shifts
• Compliance with uniform and grooming standards

Uniform Policy

• Face, neck and hand tattoos are not allowed, no exceptions - other tattoos will need to be covered during your shift
• No ear gauges or facial piercings allowed other than one stud in the nose
• Facial hair, other than a neatly trimmed mustache, is not allowed
• No unnatural hair colors (pink, green, blue, etc.)

Schedule & Availability

This role operates on a 3-day workweek model, offering a unique balance of full-time hours with extended time off.

• Schedule options:

o Monday / Wednesday / Friday (Team Original)

o Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday (Team Spicy)

• Full-time shifts: approximately 12–13 hours per day

• Part-time shifts: approximately 4–6 hours per day

• Availability required for:

o Opening (5:30 AM) and/or closing (11:00 PM) shifts

• Current opening: Monday / Wednesday / Friday schedule (closing required)
