The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing parts, materials, and supplies to support our Ford location. This role ensures accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and proper documentation, working closely with technicians, estimators, and vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming automotive parts and materials.
- Process and prepare outgoing shipments, returns, and core parts.
- Maintain organized parts storage areas and update inventory systems.
- Label, distribute, and track parts to appropriate repair jobs.
- Communicate with management regarding delivery discrepancies or damaged items
- Work with estimators and technicians to ensure parts accuracy and availability
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving, automotive parts, warehouse, or similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts is a plus
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and state inspection license
