SHIPPING COORDINATOR
Coordinate all outgoing shipments efforts.
Responsibilities:
● Unload and unpack shipments of products
● Inspect shipments for damage and correct quantities
● Report damages and shortages to the appropriate person
● Ensure that the product(s) in each shipment matches documentation
● Assist quality control and production when necessary
- Request shipping documents from the Customer Experience team
- Determine shipping method utilizing My Carrier software
- Build and prepare all pallets
- Correspond all shipping information back to the Customer Experience team for entry
- Keep shipping area clean and organized
- Other duties and tasks may be assigned as needed
Position Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
3+ years’ experience in shipping a plus
Forklift experience required
Knowledge of Kuebix software a plus
