Retail Store Manager – Bliss Crystals (Temecula, CA)

Bliss Crystals, a Temecula-based retailer of crystals and minerals (in-store and online), is seeking an experienced, full-charge Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our Temecula showroom and assist the owners with social media marketing and inventory.

About the Role:

We are looking for a strong leader with 5-10 years of experience in a high-end retail environment, visual merchandising expertise, POS and inventory management skills, and a passion for personalized customer service. Our product lines include jewelry, crystals, gemstones, essential oils, and metaphysical items, requiring a keen eye for aesthetics and a sincere interest in helping customers find the right products for their needs. Prior knowledge of crystals is a plus but not required. Please note, we will only contact candidates who have the level of experience we require for this position.

Hours:

• Starting at 30-40 hours/week (Wednesday-Sunday)
• Weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations with attention to detail and a positive customer experience.
• Oversee visual merchandising, purchasing, inventory management, and POS systems.
• Delegate, train, schedule, and supervise retail associates.
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor with polished communication skills.
• Assist with light lifting (up to 20 lbs) for inventory organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in management (not including food service industry).
• Proficiency with POS systems (Shopify a plus), social media marketing, and computer applications (spreadsheets, word processing, email).
• Strong work ethic, self-starter attitude, and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
