Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the shuttle vehicle.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure passenger safety.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or incidents promptly to management.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous driving experience preferred, especially in passenger transport.
- Ability to provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Good knowledge of the South Bend area and surrounding routes.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to assist guests with luggage and mobility needs.

Job Overview
DoubleTree by Hilton South Bend Downtown is seeking a dependable and guest-focused Shuttle Driver to provide safe and courteous transportation for hotel guests and airline crews. This position plays an important role in creating a positive first and last impression of our hotel through exceptional service and hospitality.
Responsibilities
Transport guests and airline crews safely to and from designated locations.
Assist guests with luggage and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle vehicle.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
Maintain transportation logs and required documentation.
Provide information about the hotel and local area attractions when appropriate.
Assist with guest service needs and hotel operations as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous hospitality or transportation experience preferred but not required.
