In this role, you will coordinate on-site activities, ensure electrical safety, and collaborate with customers and teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. This is an opportunity to work in an international environment with projects that contribute to modern energy infrastructure. Are you ready to take responsibility for site operations across Sweden and Denmark?

Coordinate site operations, safety, and customer collaboration

As Site Manager, you will oversee daily site activities, ensuring accurate documentation, effective coordination, and compliance with QHSE standards. You will act as the key on-site contact for customers while supporting your team in delivering consistent and high-quality work. The role combines operational coordination with hands-on involvement and technical understanding.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Manage daily activities and time registration on-site

  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and project tracking

  • Act as the customer contact during site operations

  • Ensure adherence to electrical safety and QHSE procedures

  • Support technical tasks and participate in jointing training

You will report to the Head of Onshore Operation and work closely with project managers and a team of jointers. The position is based in Brøndby or Malmö, with travel across Scandinavia (approximately 30 days per year).

Structured and safety-focused professional with team orientation

You are motivated by responsibility and enjoy working in a dynamic site environment where coordination and attention to detail are important. You bring a structured approach, value collaboration, and maintain a clear overview in busy situations. You contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support safe and reliable working practices.

You also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar

  • Background as an electrician or marine engineer

  • Professional proficiency in Danish and English

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, or Procore

  • Experience from the utility sector or industrial projects (advantage)

Contribute to sustainable infrastructure across Northern Europe
