Job Title: SNF Director of Marketing

Job Summary:

Medina Meadows Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SNF Director of Marketing to join our team in Medina, OH. As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase patient referrals, improve brand awareness, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the skilled nursing facility and its services

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them

  • Community & Hospital Marketing efforts including daily travel to local hospitals and healthcare organizations

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase patient referrals, improve brand awareness, and drive business growth

  • Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals, community leaders, and other stakeholders to promote the facility and its services

  • Analyze and report on marketing initiatives, making recommendations for future campaigns

  • Manage and maintain the facility's website, social media, and other online platforms

  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations

  • Participate in sales calls and meetings to promote the facility and its services

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry and skilled nursing facilities is a plus
