AutoPayPlus is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Specialist to join our Marketing team in Orlando. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic marketer who can elevate our brand presence, build trust online, and create meaningful engagement across social channels, influencer partnerships, and digital communities.

Duties and responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute AutoPayPlus’ social media strategy in alignment with business goals, brand standards, and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content across major social platforms, including short-form video, photography, graphics, stories, and written content.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, dealership partners, brand ambassadors, and industry advocates.
- Monitor and engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews while protecting the AutoPayPlus brand reputation.
- Measure and report on social media performance, providing recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and business impact.
- Support recruiting, member retention, product launches, public relations, executive thought leadership, dealership marketing, and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional social media marketing experience.
- Strong writing, storytelling, content creation, and brand voice development skills.
- Experience with social media management, content scheduling, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with influencer marketing, brand ambassador programs, or partnership development preferred.
- Experience using AI tools to improve creative workflows while maintaining human oversight and brand quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the AutoPayPlus brand professionally online.
