Social Media Manager
Villagio Hospitality Group is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the digital marketing efforts for a diverse portfolio of hospitality brands, including restaurants, breweries, event venues, entertainment destinations, and hospitality concepts.
This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, guest traffic, and revenue growth across multiple brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple hospitality brands.
- Manage all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Lead content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing efforts.
- Develop campaign concepts that support brand positioning, seasonal promotions, events, and business objectives.
- Direct and coordinate content shoots, influencer visits, media events, and brand collaborations.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to improve engagement, audience growth, and conversion.
- Manage community engagement and online reputation across all platforms.
- Oversee paid social advertising campaigns and audience targeting strategies.
- Lead email marketing initiatives and integrated digital campaigns.
- Manage digital asset libraries and marketing resources.
- Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of professional social media management experience.
- Proven experience developing social media strategies and growing brand audiences.
- Strong photography, videography, and content creation skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Experience managing paid social campaigns and analyzing marketing performance data.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Hospitality, restaurant, brewery, tourism, entertainment, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred.
