We're looking for a Software Architect to help build toward a more tech savy future. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll write code, shape architecture, and work with a great team.

What the work actually looks like:

Develop design and features that take administrative weight off care teams
Stay hands-on in the codebase
Set the bar for how we build with AI: tooling, patterns, evaluation, and what "good" means
Partner with product and clinical teams to solve real problems for real people
Make pragmatic calls where healthcare reality and tech-world best practices meet

What we're looking for:

Comfort working with AI
Strong Python, ideally with FastAPI
A track record of successful post production work
Typescript experience
4+ years of development experience

Nice to have:

Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience (not required — good people learn the domain)
Experience building and scaling data or ML infrastructure
Agentic coding experience
