Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable applications using C++ Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements Translate functional requirements into technical designs and high-quality code Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues Required Skills Strong proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and memory management Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux development environments Experience with version control systems such as Git Strong communication and collaboration skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Familiarity with software design patterns and architectural principles Good to Have (Preferred Skills) Good to have knowledge in Electrical and Building Automation domain. Knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, or similar protocols used in automation, automotive, or telecommunication domains. Working knowledge of C#.NET, WPF Experience with multi-threaded and high-performance applications Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or a related field. Approximately 8+ years of experience in developing software products/Edge control software within the Electrical, Industrial, Automotive, or Telecommunication domains.
