As our Software Project Manager, you will lead high-impact software projects in a global, matrixed environment, ensuring alignment between product roadmap and technical delivery. Champion Agile tools and processes, manage cross-functional teams, and mitigate risks to drive project success. Additional responsibilities will include: Manage end-to-end software project lifecycle, aligning with hardware milestones. Develop and communicate project plans, schedules, and resource needs. Collaborate with Product Owners on market requirements and testing. Identify risks and improve execution velocity. Enforce engineering tools and processes; improve best practices. Handle hardware-software dependencies, bug triaging, and CI/CD challenges.
