Position Overview

Role: Solution Architect – Finance & HR Systems (ERP / SAP / HCM)
Number of Openings: 1
Experience: 12+ years
Location: Pune or Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-time (Direct Payroll)
Travel: Required – National & International (primarily Asian projects)

Core Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Act as a trusted advisor for Finance and HR transformation programs

  • Strategic Advisory: Drive digital transformation across Finance (Controlling, Accounting) and HR (HCM, Payroll) systems

  • Pre-sales Support: Lead solutioning discussions, demos, and proposal development for Finance & HR domains

  • Solution Architecture & Delivery: Architect scalable ERP/SAP solutions across Finance and HR landscapes ensuring compliance and efficiency

  • Process Optimization: Enable automation and integration across Finance and HR functions

  • Mentorship: Guide teams across Finance and HCM domains, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices

  • Thought Leadership: Support marketing and branding initiatives through domain expertise and industry participation


Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • ERP/SAP Expertise: Strong experience in SAP Finance (FICO) and/or HCM, Payroll systems

  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Controlling) and HR systems

  • Industry Experience: Mandatory exposure to Retail, Fashion, or CPG industries

  • Project Experience: Proven track record in full-cycle ERP implementations across Finance/HR domains

  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills (C-suite exposure)

  • Leadership: Experience in leading teams and mentoring consultants
