Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Conduct consultations to understand clients’ wellness goals and preferences.
  • Recommend appropriate spa treatments, services, and retail products based on client needs.
  • Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
  • Schedule appointments and manage client bookings efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
  • Collaborate with spa therapists and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in wellness, beauty, or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a spa, salon, or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
