Role Overview
The Graphic Designer Specialist will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visual communication assets that support Lennox’s brand, marketing, and digital initiatives. This role requires a blend of creative excellence, strategic thinking, and execution capability across digital and print channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Execution
- Define and develop visual design concepts aligned with business and marketing objectives
- Translate complex ideas into engaging, impactful visual designs across platforms
- Drive end-to-end design lifecycle from concept through execution and delivery
Design & Brand Management
- Ensure adherence to brand identity, typography, and visual standards across all deliverables
- Create high-quality assets including:
- Digital creatives (social media, web banners, email campaigns)
- Print materials (brochures, flyers, product catalogs)
- Corporate presentations and infographics
- Maintain and evolve design systems, templates, and brand guidelines
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with marketing, product, and corporate communication teams
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into design outputs
- Participate in planning discussions and provide creative direction and recommendations
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
- Recommend innovative approaches to enhance visual storytelling and customer engagement
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve turnaround time
Quality & Governance
- Ensure high-quality output through design reviews and adherence to standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Maintain version control and asset organization
Core Competencies
- Strong expertise in visual design, branding, and storytelling
- Proficiency in tools such as:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD
- Experience in digital, web, and print design production
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout techniques
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver within timelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in graphic design or visual communication
- Proven portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work across channels
- Experience working in corporate, agency, or global environments
- Ability to handle end-to-end project ownership with minimal supervision
