Summary

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and/or produce marketing/sales promotional materials to implement product marketing strategies and sales objectives of a complex nature. 
  • Provide sales and marketing teams with product and technical information and expertise, sales and technical training, and to develop and recommend selling tools.
  • Organize and coordinate events (tradeshows, trials/demos, seminars and press meetings) to promote new products or enhance potential sales of existing products.
  • Ensure strategic collaboration with businesses and Enterprise Marketing Communications to ensure alignment across the enterprise, meet corporate brand standards, etc.
  • Collaborate with product management and legal staff on trademark, copywrite, registration, labeling, and other important deliverables.
  • Evaluate and maintain print collateral and marketing tool inventories across all platforms to ensure sales team needs are met.
  • Drive various promotional marketing programs, raising visibility through effective advertising and promotional marketing.
  • Manage product content for web and social media, including contribution to Acrenomics and/or LIFT content.
  • Monitor ongoing product performance, evaluating potential enhancements or additional related products.
  • Work closely with agencies to develop and manage advertising and packaging strategies and tactics.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 7+ years of experience in Communications and/or Marketing

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Communication Arts, Marketing, Journalism, Business, English, Public Relations, or related field
  • Significant previous work experience in a corporate marketing communications department, public relations, advertising agency, or media organization
  • Demonstrated ability to support and develop strategic marketing communications plans for multiple, simultaneous initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships

Physical Requirements

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
