Mission for Position
To deliver high-quality, personalized Specialty care while fostering an efficient, supportive, and collaborative clinic environment that promotes growth and learning. This position plays a crucial role in mainly supporting both Chiropractic and Osteopathic Manipulation Medicine (OMM), ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth clinic operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic, high-quality patient care within our Pillager Specialty clinic.
- Support our Chiropractic and OMM teams with collaboration of care during patient visits.
- Provide coverage to our Family Practice team within the Pillager Clinic.
- Prepare and assist during in-clinic procedures.
- Administer medications and vaccines.
- Manage patient flow, exam room preparation, and supply organization.
- Handle in-basket items, patient calls, patient form completion.
- Provide thorough patient education and post-care instructions as guided by your provider.
- Collaborate closely with both internal and external providers and the broader specialty care teams.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Position Type
This is a full-time position working day-shift hours, Monday through Friday, 64 hours per pay period (0.8 FTE) at our Pillager clinic.
