SUMMARY:

Under managerial direction, administer the Firm’s recognition programs, working closely with the Recognition and Incentive team, as well as other members of the CTO.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ·       Develop and maintain Recognition program procedures and processes. 

  •  Coordinate the procurement and distribution of awards and recognition to field and corporate personnel.
  • ·       Schedule, prepare, coordinate and participate in key meetings (executive briefs, team meetings, weekly departmental meetings, etc..) and capture key outcomes and deliverables.
  • ·       Provide timely and factual data of program performance metrics.
  • ·       Review Recognition and Incentive program make recommendations for improvements.
  • ·       Contribute to the creation of content to communicate Recognition and Inspiration programs.
  • ·       Assist with managing Recognition & Inspiration vendor resources e.g. graphic designers, audio visual, meeting planners, etc…including vendor contract pricing and renewal negotiations.
  • ·       Develop and implement ongoing refinements of the operational and administrative program processes (including vendor reporting and data reports requirements, business process enhancements, etc.) to ensure the most effective and efficient delivery of programs.
  • ·       Evaluate current programs to ensure compliance with rules and regulations outlined in programs.
  • ·       Participate in key projects and ongoing retention activities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or public relations and two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.  Experience with field sales organization, event planning, or marketing services agency a plus.

None required.

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Travel required, up to 10%.
