Description
JOB PURPOSE Lead and support data analytics, reporting enhancement, and information management activities for the assigned Business Unit. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and analyze data, improve report design, and deliver insights that support informed business decisions. Drive continuous improvement in reporting capabilities by standardizing frameworks, supporting automation, and promoting the use of AI agents and digital tools that reduce manual effort and improve the speed and consistency of insights. Required Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor Degree Preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of operations preferred
- 4-6 years of Computers/Information Technology – Database Analyst Preferred
- 1-2 years in Automotive Preferred
- Related experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard support, or business intelligence activities
- Experience improving reporting processes, standardizing data inputs, documenting procedures, or supporting automation initiatives.
- Experience with advanced Excel, SQL, Python, visualization tools, automation platforms, or AI-enabled analysis tools is preferred.
SKILLS
Computer Skills
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, report development, spreadsheets, databases, presentation tools, and common business systems; experience with automation tools, visualization platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools is preferred.
Reasoning Ability
- Interpret and evaluate information from written, verbal, visual, and system-based sources in order to identify trends, assess reporting needs, solve data-related problems, and support sound business decisions.
