Sr. BSA Promotion Criteria:
The Sr. BSA must have 1 year of tenure and also have been ranking as Exceeds Expectations on their last performance review and/or competency review to be considered for the promotion and will go through an interview with the RFM. The RFM will present the promotion nomination to the FSG Director for approval. Candidate must have superior coaching abilities as well as exceed in all operations. Candidate must have a strong understanding of policies and operating rhythm, commitment to TEKsystems core values and dedication to the FSG overall vision and mindset.
We will review Sr. BSA promotions quarterly.
Responsibilities:
The Sr. BSA will perform their traditional operational role and responsibilities and also be a team lead as it relates to the processes and best practices. The Sr. BSA will be a strong partner to their BSS for escalations from both the field and the center and drive problem resolution within their team.
Sr. BSA:
- Impacts business outside of local market
- Multi office oversight, support large headcount (20-25+ AMs per BSA)
- Client-specific support to regional/national accounts or projects as needed
- Executive level support to leaders (ED/RVP level) sitting in local offices when Executive Admin not aligned.
- Support Onboarding and coaching of new hires
- Utilize degreed pathway and BSA onboarding plan. Provide one on one shadow opportunity for new hire and serve as primary onboarding facilitator
- Weekly/bi-weekly training calls with new hires for first 3 months. Monthly calls for first year to provide mentorship and ongoing support.
- Ability to coach utilizing tell, show, do method
- Own a BSA/BSS report for team. Provide coaching on best practices and how to reconcile for BSA team.
- E-Verify Audit
- Expiring Documents
- ServiceNow and Rush Asset Management Reports
- Internal Asset reporting and reconciliation.
- ORT – Outstanding internal/consultant folders and send backs
- Act as Point of Contact when BSS is out of office
- Distribute and validate reports to BSAs
- Intake BSA and Internal Escalations
- Field/center issue resolution
- Properly escalate as needed to RFM
