Pay Range: Targeted salary $125,000 annually, based on education & experience


Benefits Eligible: True


Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends)


Travel: Not required

In this position, you will provide tri-campus project management for capital improvement projects and major renovations for the entirety of the University!

Required Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 60 months of experience in commercial or institutional construction or architectural/engineering design.


Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 108 months' related experience.


Required Certifications and Licenses:



  • Valid Driver's License.


Department Preferences:



  • Prefer candidate to be a licensed Architect or Engineer. 

  • 5 to 7 years relevant post-graduation experience in commercial/institutional construction administration.

  • 5 to 7 years relevant post-graduation experience in architectural or engineering project management.

  • Prefer experience as a project manager on major capital projects of $25 Million or higher.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam & PlanGrid.
