Sr. Director of Marketing & Communications leads integrated marketing and communications strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive stakeholder engagement, and support organizational goals. This role oversees marketing operations and corporate communications, ensuring consistent messaging, effective campaign delivery, and efficient use of resources, while partnering across the organization to align efforts and drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all internal and external channels.
- Advise senior leadership on strategic marketing opportunities, risks, and positioning.
- Translate business priorities into actionable plans that drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and communications initiatives across channels.
- Establish and track performance metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage resources, workflows, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
- Maintain high standards for quality, brand governance, and customer experience across all outputs.
- Lead, develop, and coach high-performing marketing and communications teams, including people leaders.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align priorities and identify opportunities to enhance processes, channels, and capabilities.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (required).
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related disciplines (required).
- 10+ years of leadership experience, including managing managers or leading cross-functional teams (preferred).
- Experience overseeing integrated marketing, communications, or shared services functions (preferred).
- Background working in regulated or multi-entity environments (preferred).
- Demonstrated strategic leadership with the ability to translate business strategy into integrated go-to-market and communication plans.
- Expertise in performance measurement, analytics, stakeholder management, and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
