Overview:

The Senior Director, Operations functions as the senior non-physician executive for a significant segment of acute, ambulatory,  post‑acute services operations within a geographic region. Travel required.

Education/Experience

  • Masters Degree (required)

  • 7 years of leadership (required)

  • Diverse leadership experience/knowledge within complex health-related organizations

Responsibilities

  • Direct the integration and alignment of acute, ambulatory,  post‑acute services, strengthening collaboration between inpatient and outpatient care teams.

  • Lead strategic planning that aligns with organizational goals related to growth, care continuum integration, service delivery, and revenue enhancement.

  • Drive initiatives that improve care transitions and patient outcomes, reducing fragmentation and enhancing the overall patient experience.

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to design and implement innovative care models that support population health and care strategies.
