Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role in business global planning and forecasting process for ISC including the Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, Short Range Outlook by coordinating with business and ISC Finance leads
  • Support in-depth financial, trending analysis, and variances for the GBE/SBGs ISC metrics. Interpret results and articulate actionable recommendations to meet the SBG’s goals of cost efficiency, productivity and working capital improvement
  • Responsible for driving annual standard costing activity for the business
  • Partner with GBE  ISC leads and ISC Finance leads to analyze results and drive analytical insights and solutioning
  • Establish relevant KPIs and performance drivers and analyze performance with improvement recommendations
  • Identify areas for Standardization, design / strategize a plan and deploy by working with the Business leadership

Qualifications

Education and Certifications

  • Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/Master’s Degree in Finance, or Business Administration
    Required Experience 6+ years of overall finance experience


Critical

  • Strategic Partner with Supply Chain Leads, GBE CFOs and Functional leaders to define overall Goals & Objectives for the GBE Supply Chain organization and drive execution. Supply chain experience Finance & Operations.
  • Prior exposure of driving business finance metrics
  • Exposure to Tools like Tableau, CXO Cockpit, Power BI etc
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Essbase, HANA/BW and Hyperion
  • The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues and to make consistent, timely decisions
  • Strong cross functional and peer influencing skills.

  • A Capable finance professional who has the intellectual curiosity and an attitude in going above and beyond to partner with the business in commercial excellence.
