Premier Physician Network Finance

FT / 80 hours per pay period

General Summary/Responsibilities:

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the financial health and strategic decision-making of Premier Physician Network (PPN). This position is responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting activities, with a focus on provider productivity, clinic performance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with healthcare finance expertise and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. This position reports to the Manager, Finance & Budget.

The qualified candidate must be able to communicate technical financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. The Senior Financial Analyst must foster an environment of openness, innovation, personal responsibility, and commitment to the highest standards of quality and productivity.

Education

Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree.

Additional requirements:

▪  Type of degree: Master’s Degree or CPA preferred.

▪  Area of study or major: Business (i.e., accounting, finance, economics, etc.)

Experience

Minimum Level of Experience Required: 5–8+ years of progressive experience.

Prior job title or occupational experience: Finance or budgeting experience

Prior specific functional responsibilities: Healthcare or physician practice experience
